Added multiple new features to improve the layout of ScrollyTelling.

Added two new navigation methods to navigate through the story, tabs and dropdowns. Tabs and drop-downs can be configured to be placed in different positions.
Added added option to configure the sections as an accordion, so the user can now navigate through the application without much scrolling. The accordions can be opened and collapsed by clicking on the card.
Two new settings sections in the configuration pane where you can configure the look and feel of both the navigation menu and the sections. Header configuration and section configuration
